Bloodstrike breaks into a scientific facility where he battles a genetic experiment called Kar'nage.

This issue along with Brigade #25, Stormwatch #25, and Supreme #25 were a part of the the Images of Tomorrow event where instead of releasing the next chronological issue in the series they instead released the 25th issue. Bloodstrike #23 & #24 were never made.
